https://freedrum.rocks/collections/freedrum-kit-options) is operated and maintained by Freedrum Studio AB. You are bound by these "Terms of Service" by viewing or placing an order through this order webshop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Freedrum Studio AB.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service. We will do our best to notify you with changes if you have provided your email address.
Freedrum Studio AB is registered in Sweden and operates out of Malmö, Sweden. Our main trading address is Södra Bulltoftvagen 51 G, 212 22 Malmö, Sweden.
By providing us with your email address you agree that it will be our method of communication. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to an external parties without your permission. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information. (Updated to comply with GDPR)

DELAYS IN SHIPPING DATE
We are working as hard as we can to deliver your Freedrum product by our advertised shipping date but it is still possible that some delays may occur. You are welcome to request a full refund at anytime before your product is shipped by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any import fees or applicable taxes are to be paid by the customer.
All orders to Brazil can not be shipped out until we have the customers CPF number to add to documentation.
Please be aware all orders to Brazil have a customs fee and will need to be paid for by customers.
DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards may only be used on Complete and Starter Kit products until the date of validity stated on the digital gift card. Digital gift cards are delivered as PDF files once the purchase is confirmed. Digital gift cards are refundable for the purchased amount for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. You may not combine the code provided on the digital gift card with another discount code. Digital gift cards are not valid for use in Australia and New Zealand.
You are welcome to request a full refund at anytime before your product is shipped by contacting email@example.com.
Once your order is delivered and we have not succeeded in making a product that you love, you are welcome to return a Freedrum order placed through www.freedrum.rocks within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will only process returns if an agreement has been made with us. You are able to request a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items returned must be sent from the country delivered to and not from a different location. A return will not be processed if sent using an outside delivery service from DHL or FedEx. We do not accept deliveries using other services as we can be charged fees for import/export to Sweden.
All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are returned incomplete or are damaged.
Refunds will be made to the original buyer’s credit card or Paypal account within 14 days from date of return.
We ship and accept returns using DHL or FedEx. You must use an official return label for the return to be sent back to us. That way you will not be charged for the return. Please contact email@example.com for the proper labels and return instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for any charges related to a return and all return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable if an alternate service is used instead of DHL or FedEx.
Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your card issuer and, in most cases, credited to your replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to you using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit). In rare cases, a refund back to a card may fail.
We offer a 12 month manufacturers guarantee on our products. We agree during this period to offer support and repairs if you experience any defects during regular use or manufacturing quality.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

What is the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - LAW NO. 13,709 / 18
The LGPD will regulate any activity that involves the use of personal data, including in digital media, by a natural or legal person, in the national territory or in countries where the data is located.
What is personal data?
Personal data is everything related to the identified or identifiable natural person (Article 5, I, of Law 13.709 / 2018). That is to say: personal data are all those that can identify a person - numbers, personal characteristics, personal qualification, genetic data, etc.

Your personal data is processed at Freedrum’s office located in Malmö, Sweden. Hosting and storage of your data is as described below:
With regards to purchases, your information is collected through our website, which is hosted by Shopify. We use Shopify to process your order and generate a Fedex waybill. No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your documents for 5 years according to our Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
