freedrum.rocks is operated and maintained by Freedrum Studio AB. You are bound by these "Terms of Service" by viewing or placing an order through this order webshop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Freedrum Studio AB.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service. We will do our best to notify you with changes if you have provided your email address.
Freedrum Studio AB is registered in Sweden and operates out of Malmö, Sweden. Our main trading address is Media Evolution, Stora Varvsgatan 6A, 211 19 Malmö, Sweden.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING DATE
We are working as hard as we can to deliver your Freedrum product by our advertised shipping date but it is still possible that some delays may occur. You are welcome to request a full refund at any time before your product is shipped by contacting us here.
Any import fees or applicable taxes are to be paid by the customer.
All orders to Brazil can not be shipped out until we have the customer's CPF number to add to documentation.
Please be aware all orders to Brazil have a customs fee and will need to be paid for by customers.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We’re confident that you’ll love Freedrum as much as we do and therefore we offer a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee. Buy the product, try it out and ship it back to us (within 14 days of arrival) for a full refund if you’re not happy with it.
Please note that we operate out of Sweden and that you are responsible for paying the shipping cost and additional duties and/or taxes for returning your item to us. We suggest you use a trackable service as we cannot compensate for products that are lost during shipping. Please also declare the item as a RETURN in order to avoid a deduction of custom fees on your refund. If the order is anything other than RETURN and they charge us, we will have to remove the fee from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be made to the credit card used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item.

You must ship returns within 7 days of the return request. If not, we will deem the return outside of the return window. Please note that if you cannot ship the return in the 7-day window to reach out to our support team.
We offer a 24 month manufacturer's guarantee on our products. We agree during this period to offer support and repairs if you experience any defects during regular use or manufacturing quality.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
