Referral Program

Terms of Use

 

ELIGIBILITY

The Referral Program is open to all existing users ("Referring Users") with an active paying Stripe subscription. Referred users must be new customers to Freedrum Studio. By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to these Terms of Use.

REFERRAL LINK AND BENEFITS

Referring Users can generate unique referral links within the Freedrum Studio app. These links include a $1 per month discount coupon code for the referred user. Both the Referring User and the Referred User receive benefits upon successful referral.

REFERRAL REWARDS

Referring Users earn $1 credit per active month for each successful referral. These credits are automatically applied to the Referring User's Stripe account when the referred user makes the payment. If the referred user cancels their subscription, the recurring $1 credit per month will not be applied in the future from the Referring User's Stripe account. There is no referral limit, and Referring Users can earn money through the Referral Program.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT

Referring Users must maintain an active paying Stripe subscription to participate in the Referral Program. If a Referring User cancels their subscription, participation in the Referral Program ceases, and any accrued credits are revoked. Referred Users will retain their $1 discount coupon even if the Referring User cancels their subscription.

MONITORING AND ABUSE

Freedrum Studio monitors the Referral Program for potential abuse regularly. Any abuse or violation of these Terms of Use may result in the termination of participation and forfeiture of credits.

TRANSPARENCY AND NOTIFICATIONS

Referring Users can view their referral link and a list of referred users within the Freedrum Studio app. Benefits of the Referral Program are clearly explained to Referring Users in the app and to Referred Users when opening the referral link. Referring Users receive notifications upon successful referrals and when a referred user cancels their subscription.

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Freedrum Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Modifications to the Referral Program will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms of Use.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Freedrum Studio reserves the right to interpret these Terms of Use and make decisions regarding the Referral Program in its sole discretion.
